Rustic Horsepower

Horsepower surges into life with this extraordinary sculpture by Mexico's Armando Ramirez. His vision begins with a varied collection of auto parts and metal pieces he then transforms into a motorized horse sculpture. The head and face are crafted with bearings, screws, nuts and die-cut scraps, wire twists shape the torso and mane. The hind legs are replaced by a bus bearing and an automotive clutch disc.

The artisan does not give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.
