World Peace Project Bronze and Steel Sculpture from Brazil
(You save )
This breathtaking small sculpture is from artist Jacqueline Cavalcanti in Brazil. A dove in flight holds a golden ribbon in its beak, juxtaposing the weighty hardness of the bronze with the freedom and lightness that the dove represents. The bronze and steel sculpture arrives on a granite base. 'The sculpture was created from the concept of world peace, which has as its principle the defense of happiness, freedom and peace among all people and peoples on planet Earth. For this, the idea of non-violence is fundamental for the establishment of peaceful relations between nations aiming at respecting human rights, where ethnicity, religion, cultures and different societies are respected in their singularities,' says the artist.
