Peacocks at Dusk

Peacocks look up to the sky, their colorful feathers contrasting with the tree's monochrome flowers. Vidushini paints with acrylics on handmade paper to create a modern version of the traditional Gond paintings, named after the Madhya Pradesh tribe. Gond paintings were once done by women on the walls of their homes. Themes traditionally revolve around village life and religion.
