Face of Greatness

Depicting a face of greatness, this African mask is created by Ghanaian artisan Victor Dushie. He hand-carves the mask from sese wood, featuring hues of black, red, and yellow with hand-painted designs. Embossed aluminum accentuates the mask's cheeks, evoking traditional scarification practices.
