Preserving an ancestral crafting tradition, artisans of the Zenu Community in Colombia create this pretty cuff bracelet. Starting with a plastic base, they cover the cuff with hand-woven caña flecha fiber in bright yellow, turquoise, red and blue-violet. The neotropical grass is native to Colombia and Mexico, and is used to craft everything from jewelry and hats to home decor.
