Rustic Androgyny

Mexico's Armando Ramirez transforms metal into a sculpture of androgynous beauty. He cuts the iron sheets into squares and rectangles in different sizes, welding them into a sculpture. 'It's not meant to represent only a woman, that's why I called this sculpture 'Androgyny,'' says the Mexican artist.

Ramírez prefers not to give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.
