The women weavers of K'amolon K'i K'ojonel find inspiration in the legendary tale of 'Xocomil' to select the palette of blue undertones that colors this chenille scarf in rayon made from bamboo. Xocomil refers to the strong winds that sweep across Lake Atitlán every day, around 5 p.m. Creating tall furious waves, it is said it is the Lake pining for his beloved, who lives on top of the volcano. Her father forbade her to bathe in his waters anymore.

Since the threads are hand dyed and woven, please expect slight differences in the color tone and arrangement.
