I gave this pyramid as a 'Housewarming' gift to my daughter and son in law. I indicated it was a gift when I ordered so it was wrapped perfectly and it was opened with huge suspense! It is beautiful! My kids lived and appreciated the unique and PoWerFUL gift!

Not What I Expected

I purchased this item as a gift for my husband. When I received it, it had multiple scratches on it and a chunk missing from it. I contacted Customer Service. I decided to return the item and get a replacement sent to me. When the replacement item arrived, it had issues too. It had multiple scratches and a small hole in it. I contacted Customer Service again. I decided to return the second one and get a full refund. I wish that things would have worked out. I just wasn't willing to give a gift to anyone where the quality wasn't what it should have been.
