Pacific Love

Narrow bands of Pacific blue, boysenberry and plum create exuberant stripes in a scarf of vibrant color. Working on a backstrap loom, Maya artisans from K'amolon K'i K'ojonel transform soft rayon made from bamboo into a beautiful handwoven design with a chenille-like texture. 'We call this collection 'Woven with Love' because, as we weave them, we feel productive and creative. We share them with much love for the world,' the artisans confide.
