M Birds of Armenia

First used as ornaments for sacred Christian texts, the Armenian Bird Letter is a medieval art that now sweetens thousands of regional artworks. This fantastic calligraphy draws inspiration from nature, featuring birds and leafy motifs in the shape of each letter of the Armenian alphabet. As a way to spread the magical essence of this ancient art, artisan Karno Davoudian uses 18k gold-plated sterling silver to create this precious pendant, with birds representing the Armenian letter “M,” all in a palette of red, blue, green and orange hues for a tropical style.
