Peruvian artisans hand-stitch a handful of petite flowers along with a wealth of soutache embroidery and crocheted lace details at the bust and cuffs. Well, this is just about as elegant as it gets....dress it up or just dress up a pair of jeans. The detail on this blouse is just exquisite ...I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship of this lovely piece of wearable art. This is a prized addition to my wardrobe .
